"Choosing to stay at Pousada Olho D’Água during our time in Bonito was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. The property is impeccable, peacefully hidden in nature and surrounded by fruit trees, where we even got to pick delicious, fresh mangos. The rooms were comfortable and well sized, equipped with air conditioning and a lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. Waking up there was an experience in itself: macaws and parakeets became our natural alarm clock, gently forcing us out of bed just to admire them. We felt incredibly lucky to stay at Pousada Olho D’Água and to be able to contemplate nature as part of our daily routine. The only small suggestion we would make is to offer a greater variety of fresh, local juices at the restaurant. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and we would absolutely return. "

"My friends and family were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. We paid nearly $400 USD per day, but the rooms were dark, poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. While the hotel's exterior grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are in desperate need of complete renovation. Instead of the resort experience we expected, we felt like we were staying at a roadside motel. On our first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for what turned out to be terrible food. Given the high price point, the experience fell far short of expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers."
