"We had an amazing stay at El Regalo Resort! We visited in July, during the wet season, so the hotel was very quiet but this just made our stay feel even more personal. The staff and owners were so lovely and helpful. They helped us book all our activities in Boca Chica, including a whale watching tour where we were lucky enough to see a mother and baby whale, as well as exploring the many remote idyllic islands and white sand beaches in the area, which was incredible. "Un hotel debe tener atención en recepción y siempre estuvo vacía. La limpieza no está bien porque parece fumigaron y olvidaron recoger lás cucarachas muertas (en las sabanas y gavetas) . El restaurante con una sola persona para atender y también ayudaba en la cocina. Solo vimos dos personas para limpiar, cocinar y atender , eso es muy poco personal."

"The rooms were adequate, i did ask if there were rooms with mini fridges and it required an upgrade, i was pleasantly surprised to find they had put a fridge in the room, very nice, staff were excellent all around, beach was beautiful and vast, a few loungers would have been a nice touch, pool was refreshing, food was very good and reasonably priced, the included breakfast was among the best I have had, many options cooked to order."
