"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "

"Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal im genannten Hotel und auch diesmal war das Zimmer top, ebenso die Lage des Hotels. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt bedingt durch Corona nur noch auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung. Handtücher usw. werden jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist prima. Es gibt außerdem ein Bügeleisen, Staubsauger usw."

"Followed instructions to open the box, but there was no key inside. Tried to contact them by phone, SMS and reply to their instructions email with no response and we had to find another hotel!"

"Nice studio flat in a modern and new complex of apartments . Helpful and polite staff at the desk. Perfect location. Only disadvantege-No any night light next to the bed and main light switch far away from the bed."

"Ble lovet wifi, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og mikro, men ingen av tingene fungerte. Stedet bærer preg av å ikke være ferdig. Veien til overnattingsstedet er humplete og deler betong med metall som stikker opp. Gode sengen, men sovesofaen var ikke behaglig å sove i."

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist solide, leider wird sie jedoch falsch beworben. Der Pool ist ironischerweise “saisonalbedingt” vom 01.01-31.12 geschlossen. Das Fruhstuck, welches gemäß Inserat täglich serviert wird, ist nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Eine Nutzung des Fitnessstudios kostet 20€ pro Person"

"Weitläufiges Hotel-Areal am Gelände einer alten Flugzeugfabrik. Gute Qualität bei Essen und Service. Unterbringung in einem umgebauten Container war speziell, aber durchaus zufriedenstellend. Lage am Ende des im Sommer stark frequentierten Ortes Mielno ist ebenfalls positiv. Gleich beim See und auch nahe zum Strand."

"Von außen eher erschreckend. Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer sehr einfach und die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und im Aufenthaltsbereich eher schlecht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!!!"
