"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were amazing. Such hard workers and very friendly. My son broke a plate by accident and he was devastated and embarrassed but the two staff members came really quick to clean it up and made him feel better. The pool towels were amazingly soft and waterslide was a big hit with the kids. Wasn’t overly cold. We would definitely stay here again."

"The stay is good. The hotel is a bit old. It was too old. The room door is very tight, a bit difficult to open, which requires full use of force to maintain open. The air condition works but very weak. The room room is clean, everything seem to work. The breakfast is very simple with limited choices. Overall, the stay was comfortable with no surprises."
