"The hotel is a 2-story building. Upon checking in, I was informed by the front desk that I would have to use the staircase to get to the 2nd floor for my room. I don't know if the hotel has an elevator or if it was not in working order. I, myself didn't have an issue using the staircase, especially since I only had two carry bags. I don't know it I wasn't able to use the staircase because of a disability, medical conditions, or more luggage. The room was cleaned and the staff was friendly. "
