Very quite family run place. Real great value and is a nice change of pace from over packed hostels. There is a lady that speaks English very well. The hostel is located very close to the bus stop(everything in town is pretty close).

The lady owner is super friendly, helpful and speaks English very well. The room was clean and comfy. Great location and price.

This was a good little family run hotel for our stay in Phong Nha. We arrived via the overnight bus from Ninh Binh at 4am, and although our reservation did not start until 2pm that afternoon, they let us sleep in an unused room upstairs. The room we stayed in after checking in was basic, but quite large. The cleanliness wasn’t the worst we’ve encountered by any stretch but also not the beat, however for the price we couldn’t complain. AC and wi-if were ok as was breakfast. We would certainly stay again.
