"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice.
