Our bathtub would not switch to shower, within two minutes of notifying the front desk we had someone in our room fixing it. Staff is always kind and helpful. The only drawback on this hotel is the daily parking fee "

"Loved it and would stay in the future. Unfortunately we weren’t in Asheville for very long so we didn’t explore the property as much as I would like but it’s literally minutes from downtown and all staff was very nice. They also provide a shuttle if you don’t feel like driving "

"The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the room. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go, and enjoyed the mini golf next door. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay again!"
