"Property is very nice. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are large, two queens. Beds excellent! Bathroom was updated but not cleaned properly. Breakfast was just ok. A buffet of usual items, nothing special. Staff was cordial. "

"WE SAW A BEAR! We picked this hotel as the creek looked beautiful, and it was exactly the same as pictured. The room was spacious and was really cosy with country cabin vibes. Check in was simple and there was ample parking. The creek was pretty and from the balcony we did get to see a black bear walking along the creek. Short drive from Great smoky mountains NP. Much preferred area to gatlinburg itself which is crazy. Shuttle available. Only downside was that there wasn’t any logs available for us to use the fireplace."
