"Was only here for a night, but the location was good and it had every we needed for that time. They had DVD's in the lobby I assume you could borrow, but no DVD players in the rooms. I don't know if we could have borrowed a DVD player as well if we had asked, but that was a cool little bonus I wasn't expecting before checking in."

"Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though. Room super cosy and heating in separate bathroom area was a surprise, loved the decor. Handy to everything in town. Thank you"

"For an old Motel, I found it clean and comfortable. Position close to shops and public transport, it was very handy for my stay, as I traveled there by train. I stayed in winter and the air-conditioning kept the room very warm and the staff were very pleasant on my stay."

"Room was good size, The shower in a spa bath didn't approve of as the floor in the spa bath is uneven and slippery. Tried to contact to see if we could get in earlier 2.00pm was told that I would get text message when room was available. So we decided to go to scenic world, right on 3.00pm while in Scenic World get the text to say room ready. Then get a message later to say that the reception closes at 5.00pm and what time we were arriving. Arrive was rushed though checking so the staff...
