"I have never felt so hasseled about having a service dog. It left me so upset all night and most of the following day. I couldn't wait to get away from that place and i will never go back. I totally regretted making reservations online previous to my stay. I would have left and found a different hotel if i could have got my money refunded. The check process was ridiculous, too. I have traveled all over the country and never had such a fussy checkin process.
Aside from the checkin hassle, and the hassling about the service dog, the place was fine."

"There was suppose to be free breakfast. Saturday there was just coffee, Sunday there was coffee and granola bars.
Lights were all off in the breakfast area at 7 am. No one was around until 8am."
