"Everywhere was immaculately clean . The staff were highly professional, pleasant , friendly , nothing was too much trouble , and all so genuine in their manner. This includes the cleaners , maintenance staff , porters , bar staff , restaurant staff, receptionists, taxi drivers, managers , boat house staff , and all other staff . The glass bottom boat trip was absolutely fantastic, thank you . The view from my room was amazing . I have had 3 day packages at this hotel in previous years, all very enjoyable and this is why I wished to return to stay . As a solo female traveller I felt extremely comfortable . I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and hope to in the future. Thank you for such a great few days . "

"Warning is a big red flag They are advertising this property with a kitchen fully equipment When I got there all was a lie no washing machine not even pan to cook no chopping board no knife no Internet I have to wait for 48 hours before the Internet property smell like a sewage drain problem toilet paper they give you like in half use is lot more is endless complain I end up doing a shopping unnecessary shopping just to survive my 11 days You have no privacy they watching you all the time, even if being a guest for drink or dinner they wanna charge you And they have this policy if you are tourist, you have to pay Tax 3€ euro per day per person is something they made up and they blame the government for that and that they didn’t put in the advertising is lot of hidden cost be careful They have the right idea, but the wrong way running the business you gonna be end up having stress? You don’t need so do yourself a favour do not go stay there. And is not cheap if I was cheap you can consider living there I have every request with Expedia for your reputation. You should ban this people on your site. A lesson need to be learn. Very quick to take your money but you will never get a refund. I tried all I couldn’t do nothing so I had to stay. 11 day of hell And ya Mauritius is such a beautiful place, but people like that give a bad reputation and a bad experience holiday thank God is over.
