The staff was very nice; The room was big. When we first arrived it felt like the room hadn't been occupied in a while. We asked to get it re-cleaned, and they did and it was much better after that.
It's a great location and all in all I enjoyed the stay!

"My overall stay was great! This was my second stay. The room was clean, enough space for clothes and to move around, and everything was working (safe, TV, phone, shower, etc.). The location is close to Broadway plays and two blocks from Times Square. I will definitely come back."

"My room had a roach and was extremely dirty. I ask to have it cleaned or move. They move me to a different room. It was cleaner but still not what you would want at a Sheraton. Restroom was dirty and walls had a questionable brown stain embedded on wall...We stayed and did not complain just happy ..."
