Beautiful hotel. Check in was lengthy. A new employee had difficulty. One of our rooms was supposed to have two beds and had one. They said they would switch it. Come back in a hour. Wasn’t ready. Come back in an hour. Wasn’t ready. After a long flight this was frustrating. When the trains to Amsterdam were cancelled due to a fire/power outage we decided to extend our stay at Thistle. We had to change rooms. We experienced the same issue - one room did not have two beds. Had to wait a few hours. The room I was in inyeas lovely. The second room was very small and claustrophobic. About 6 inches to get out of the bed. The location of the hotel is awesome with many things to do around it. We enjoyed the food trucks. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The self serve snack and drink area was nice. I think our issue was with untrained staff, constant changing of staff and having to explain our issue over and over (when waiting for correct rooms) someone mention the “scheduler” was sick and off that day???? Back up?? Everyone was friendly if not efficient.

Had to go to another building for Breakfast which was strange.

I would stay here again. It was in a great location and was a beautiful hotel.
