Rooms were not as pictured. Round bed in particular is an Accident waiting to happen with wood claws holding up bed. Towels rough , too much overly decorative stuff for a guest situation. Not clear would be in guest house - non hotel setting. Host very nice, breakfast good. Too far from town

Happiness in Burgundy

This was really a treat. The host Bertrand did an excellent job in introducing us to his wonderful and peaceful place. If you are in Burgundy for wine experiences Bertrand sells a range of marvelous wines and produces wines himself as well. He offers tastings and even wine education. If you are not only into wine you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool or relax in the spacious apartment. Just outside of the residence you will find the small town square. Very authentic! It is close to Beaune and the other wine villages. We are already planning our next visit.

Nous avons passé une nuit chez Lucie et Bertrand et avons été ravi de cette belle découverte près de Beaune. Il n’y a rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Bertrand nous a accueilli au portail et nous a fait visiter le jardin et la très belle maison rénovée avec goût. La piscine extérieur est un vrai plus pour se détendre. En fin de journée nous avons été invité par Bertrand pour une dégustation de vins dans sa cave où nous avons passé un agréable moment de convivialité et de découvertes. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien décorée. Tout est là pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le lendemain matin nous avons pris un bon petit déjeuner dans l’un des salons au rez-de-chaussée. Les différentes confitures faites maison y sont servies pour notre plus grand plaisir. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !

Escale a la découverte de la Part Des Anges

Cadeau de nos enfants pour un week-end a Beaune , très bon accueil par le propriétaire de cette Escale dans un cadre raffiné avec de superbes chambres et un très beau jardin.Petit village tranquille a 5 mm de Beaune.Dégustation et présentation des vins de bourgogne par notre hôte Bertrand VUILLEMIN œnologue passionné avec qui nous avons partagé un peu de la " Part Des Anges " . A voir également le Château de Savigny les Beaunes et son extraordinaire collection.
