Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! "I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you Expedia. Hotel staff were rubbish.
