"This hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and professional… And completely helpful. Jesus provided lots of useful information for us so we had a good time at the local places. The hotel is conveniently located, the only bad part is they don’t have parking, but they do have a parking lot next to the train station that’s close by. The building itself is fantastic… And the highlight was Sophie, which is the restaurant at the top of the hotel. It provides an amazing view. And our server David was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. He made our experience wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel, this will always be our hotel when we visit Cork."
"We felt welcome as soon as we walked in! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful for my teenager getting used to Irish customs. Thank you, can't wait to return!"
"The Imperial did not disappoint! The room was clean and comfortable. What also made this property stand out was the service from all the staff we interacted with during our stay. The doorman, concierge, front desk staff and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with many shopping, pub and restaurant choices within easy walking distance. "
"Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was the best I have ever experienced. Every staff member we met went out of their way to welcome us and help us in any way possible. They were so friendly and genuine. This is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. "
