"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"

"It is probably one of the few good hotels in what it is a terrible town. Handy because above the train station. A bit short on staff but they are nice and polite. Rooms are good, yet with dreadful soft squishy pillows. Bit overpriced too, but quite comfortable."
