Great staff, very clean and comfortable, easy check in. The only negative is that the walls are very thin and the room is noisy on weekend, but everything else was great.

The breakfast(additional 10 euro) is much better than 4 star hotels like Raymer in the area. The reception staff is very friendly professionals. Overall value for the money. The balcony cleaning needs improvement.

Great view, room a little grubby, overall stay was ok, you are expected to take your rubbish away ( not a problem) bins quite close, you are also expected to leave the kitchen area clean and tidy, but they don’t supply any cloths or products

Definitely worth staying here

Great location, right on the beach. We were very grateful to be able to check in early as we had woken up at stupid o clock to catch an early flight. Really happy about that. I had read reviews of disturbed nights, due to loud disco but, luckily for us, it wasn’t open… too early in the season? We had a mini kitchen which was generally great but we lacked a draining board and had to peel potatoes with a knife which, to be fair, was quite funny. Just to reemphasise that it is mere seconds walk to the beach.

Pillow and blanket smelled really hard like some kind of sweat.. Little blue pillow on top of the couch was covered in stains of fat. Shower had black spots in silicone and white calcium stains all over the glass.. Bed was a little small for this kind of apartment .. uncomfortable to sleep for 2 persons.. kinda okay for one person ..

The location is the only reason to stay here- truly. The site reads that the office is open until 8PM and then the posting on the door says 6PM. We had a horrible time getting contact with someone to locate our key and once we did, it was fine BUT contacting this property afterwards is IMPOSSIBLE. There is no direct line and no one to help at all. Do not stay here if you're expecting more than a great view. so dissappointing.

Elevator broke with me inside... used the call button, but no one came to help after almost an hour. Had to break the door to the elevator to get out. Staff just watched the security footage and laughed. No apologies, no offer for a refund, nothing. Not to mention, the room didn't have a bed! Just a pullout couch... this was not explained when making the reservation, just at checkin. It's a nice place if you're willing to use the stairs and sleep on a couch.

Tres bon séjour

L’appartement est grand et bien exposé on a passé un bon séjour bien que : nous avions demandé a être au dernier étage… et nous avons été au premier 😅 C’est mon seul bémol sinon bien exposé ! Face a la mer avec une assez belle vue logement propre et vraiment agréable !

Très belle vue sur la mer, place de parking au alentour payante 6€ la journée ou parking de l'hôtel a 12€ la journée mais parking gratuit plus loin si la marche ne vous dérange pas. Il ne faut pas regarder le nettoyage dans le détail et le matelas du canapé lit est tellement peu épais que l'on sent tous les ressorts. Isolation assez fine donc niveau bruit tout dépend des voisins!

Die Appartements sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Küche ist nur ganz sporadisch ausgestattet, und die Küchenmöbel fallen fast auseinander. Positiv ist der schöne Meerblick.

Decepción

Esperaba mucho más del alojamiento, tienes que fregar, sacar la basura y encima ellos no revisan habían platos sucios, termine con platos, cubiertos, vasos etc de plástico. El primer día el sillón cama no abría, tuvo que venir el técnico, solo dejaron un edredón nórdico y dos almohadas... El colmo es que llame para comentar que el mando de la tele no tenía pilas y me dijeron que mandarían un técnico para unas pilas... Para rematar te cogen 200€ de fianza el primer día para asegurarse que dejes todo fregado el último día y saques la basura que es lo primero que te dicen al llegar y la recepción está en el hotel horitzo. Conclusión lo único bueno son las vistas a la playa y que está pegado a ella, por lo demás una decepción.

Sofá y TV en muy malas condiciones. Sin agua caliente en el apartamento. Falta de mantenimiento. Solicitan fianza de 200€ a la llegada. Recomendable reportar en recepción las condiciones del mobiliario y enseres de cocina a la entrada del apartamento.

Lage!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Studio im vierten Stock mit herrlichem Blick aufs Wasser. Das Studio war sauber. In der Küche befand sich Spülmittel, Allzweckreiniger und ein Schwamm als Erstausstattung. Ein Geschirrhandtuch war auch da. Leider war das aus Chemiefasern und trocknete überhaupt nicht ab. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. In unserem Studio befand sich eine Ausziehcouch. Hier muss unbedingt die Matratze gewechselt werden. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort. Aber wir haben uns gefreut, endlich woanders schlafen zu können. Denn das Schlafen war eine Katastrophe.

Basic with great beachfront view.

Great location and size of apartment with two bedrooms was great - starting to feel outdated with flooring warped from previous spillage or leak, furniture a little tired. Beware reception is not 24hr - turned up at 8.30pm and could not get in rang the numbers on the door numerous times and no answer, eventually they answered and gave us instructions to get in. Remember this is an apartment block theres no restaurant or bar here and just beware the nightclub next door was still thumping at 5am from Saturday nights partying and noisy revellers outside

Hôtel très bien situé. En bordure de mer et tout proche du Centre Ville. Personne très aimable au téléphone pour la récupération des clefs. Par contre, état des lits gigogne non contrôlé. Dans une chbre les lattes des lits ne joignent plus et dans une autre papiers sous le lit ! Sol poussiéreux

Nice view but noisy on the weekend (local disco)

Cleaning could be better (not a fault of the cleaning team really) also the brush left in the apt is too hard to clean well the dust from the floor. Friday & Saturday, expect people screaming until 5 AM in the street due to a local Disco
