Our initial room smelled terrible but the front desk was wonderful and handled it quickly, upgraded our room, and personally escorted us to our new room.

Check-in staff was amazing. Very friendly. The room was spacious but not the cleanest. Mold in the shower. Rust signs on the hinges. Dent in the wall.
