"This was my second time staying at this location and it didn’t disappoint. The staff very friendly and helpful. I had an option to pick which floor I would like my room. The hotel is in a convenient location to shops and the football stadium. Plus, the Smokin Steak house is connected next door. What more could you want."

"Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. "

"Door hinge broke - door only opened half way. Told staff said they stake care of once we check out. When checked in they tried get me to pay for room again after I had paid when I booked an had receipt. Once I said something to them and showed receipt they said sorry. Bed was really hard."

"Worst experience in a hotel, if you want to call it that.. you should be paid to stay a night there, dirty everywhere including bathtub. Fridge had mold in it, TV is from 2005, sheets did not smell fresh. Room and hallways smelt of burnt cigarettes. No other hotels were available in the area, If I were to do it again I would sleep on an active train track. Quality Inn needs some TLC"
