"Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence. "I HIGHLY recommend staying at this Hampton Inn and Suites! I was warmly greeted and checked in seamlessly. Eric was absolutely fabulous! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable I literally was treated like family! After Eric's Shift ended, Chris was just as amazing! The next morning, Ashley who spotlessly keeps the Dining Area and Breakfast, was equally amazing! Most Hotel's Breakfast is tasteless and bland but THIS was a fabulous, delicious Breakfast! It tasted better than if I cooked it myself! She is a wonderful cook! I have never been treated so wonderfully and had such a wonderful Stay. All Staff, from entering the door to when I leave is exactly what you would hope for, when staying in a Hotel. I travel from TX to FL about twice a year and this is my half way stop. I will definitely be staying at THIS Hampton Inn and Suites if anywhere in this area. The entire Hotel is clean, comfortable and the Staff is outstanding. Eric, Chris and Ashley deserve a Raise and a Bonus! They went above and beyond to take care of me and actually met needs before I realized I even had one. They literally treated me as Family. I was traveling alone and felt wonderful being so well looked after. I love these wonderful people and they definitely deserve Recognition. "
