Process was good, quick checkin. Room basic but all that was needed for night. Single bed was comfortable. Had diner of lasange and vegs, chips, variety of beers at huge dining room that had large tv to watch while having meal which was good. Shower at room was hopeless, took 10 minutes for hot water to come through, then not hot. Quiet location even when trucks going by during night. Tv worked, air con cold, nice towel. Had to check windows as was not locked, blind was down, lucky I checked.

The location was convenient, close to the aquatic centre which we frequented daily. The room was not cleaned properly, the kids kept finding things under the bed, some more disturbing than others.

Average country town motel, no flash bells and whistles. The aircon worked well the location within the town was convenient and quiet. The staff were attentive and present.The room was clean and tidy although a little tired. Restaurant /bar was not open. It’s not The Hilton, but functional and reasonably priced

The room I had this time was not as good as previously although the room was clean, the bathroom was very small and water pressure was low. Meals were not available again except for a small selection of basic frozen meals cooked. Good WiFi internet and TV Signals. The room was comfortable but disappointing compaired to the previous room.

The room was clean and comfortable with hot free flowing shower. The internet was very poor and slow, kept dropping out. I was disappointed that the kitchen was closed that night (beyond owners control) and had to go out again to get a meal.

Location was good, accommodation simple but adequate. Although a slightly larger fridge would be welcome. I love the under cover parking right outside the door. The main reason for the lower rating is the level of cleanliness. There were area in the room that were not cleaned very well.

Great little Motel that has been neglected. Shower head clogged and drains stank. I understand it is bore water. Also no working fire alarm. A great shame as it’s a cute little Motel.

Obviously the old saying you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable the a/c was cold and the water was hot. The shower heads needed replacing. Just a freshen up and a coat of paint could help. Something was left in one of the rooms(bathroom) and I rang and they denied it was there. Not happy as they should have found it when the cleaner came in.

On arrival, i was greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful. Attention to detail was evident from information provided on arrival to the room layout and even the toiletries proved worked very well with the town water. Well done and keep and the great work.

Really enjoyed staying at the coolibah motel. Very nice meals and the rooms was very adequate and clean . The owner/manager was very friendly . Would certainly be staying there again when next at Blackall
