"We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, the property was clean and it was very close to interstate. We felt safe at the property. Our room was very clean and decorated nicely. The bedding and pillows were very cozy. Checkout was very easy. We will definitely make this our new place to stay when we are in town!"

"First, the general manager here is basically useless. Apparently, he had taken it upon himself to change reservations from 2 beds to a single king bed on a sold out night, which was not feasible for families/groups of 3-4 people. When contacted by front desk staff (who were amazing), he told them to just let the guests leave because he wasn’t fixing the mistake he made. This is unacceptable. Then, when we tried to use the toilet in our room, it was stopped up. My husband called the front desk to get a plunger, which was quickly brought to the room. We thought he had fixed it; however, when we came back at midnight from the concert we were in town to see, the toilet had overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Mind you, we had only used the bathroom in our room once and put the toilet paper in the trash can because of the initial issue with flushing the toilet. We called the front desk, and the staff member said he would call the manager who would call housekeeping. The staff member ended up calling us back and said he was just going to come help us himself because the manager wasn’t going to do anything. This was the worst management I have ever dealt with. I’m so thankful the front desk staff members were so helpful. On top of all of this, the shower curtain had mildew on it, and the mini fridge had rust on the outside and leaked slightly. For the outrageous price we had to pay because of the concert, this whole situation was absolutely terrible! 10/10 do NOT recommend!"

"Didn’t even clean our room. Hair all over, stains on towels, piss on floor and bathtub. Crazy considering how much we paid for two night stay. 1k. Extremely disappointed. "

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."

"Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on second floor had small balcony . Overall good experience "
