"Great budget motel. Clean, comfy, convenient. Close to Walmart and plenty of fast food and convenient stores close by. Front staff was nice"

"Nearly all bathroom ceiling tiles were stained and damaged. Safety hand rail in the tub was broken. Light switch timer did not work. Shower head water flow restriction was so restrictive that back pressure created a leak at the shower head connection. The wife believes marks on her neck this morning are from bed bugs. Will not stay here again."

"A three night stay..... Not sure their vacuum was working. Carpet was dirty around the bed and needs to be changed out. It was a weird room with several eyesores. I asked for a different room a couple of times and they just couldn't accommodate me. If you're staying more than one night you must inform desk that you want your room cleaned. Was not informed of that. Came back to an uncleaned room after a hard day and was not pleased. Was offered towels and washcloths and I emptied the trash cans myself. The price I was quoted from Hotels.com was not honored. It wasn't a lot more but person at the desk didn't ever seem interested in pleasing his customer. Have stayed here several times and am not pleased with new management . Not many other options in Bethany. Breakfast was fine."
