"This is one of the best hotels in Ordu, with all tourist amenities nearby. The location was amazing. Our room, air-conditioning, washroom, staff service, everything was great. "2 elevators for the whole hotel are not enough. Especially around the rush hours. Modern hotel next to a modern mall, overall good experience. They want you to have a swim cap to use pool, bring your own. Pool is a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures."

"Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating."
