Every single detail was handled with precision, creativity, and flawless execution. What truly sets Tamassa apart, though, is the staff. The level of courtesy, warmth, and genuine care we experienced from every team member was unmatched. The staff was constantly one step ahead of our needs, making sure we and our guests were completely taken care of. Their expert advice on layout, flow, and touches we hadn't even thought of elevated the entire event. It was the bride's first trip to Mauritius. Tamassa hotel did everything to give a great first impression. "L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

The food was delicious in every restaurant we visited, and the wide, beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers made our stay feel truly relaxing."

"Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."
