Our stay was very good. This was my second time staying at Three Bears Resort, and overall we had a great experience. However, I feel that the water park could use some maintenance. The pools, water jets, and wave pool need some repairs, and parts of the park would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some general updates. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely consider coming back.

The water park needs to be worked on many things do not work and the wave pool barely makes waves and was very cold had lots of life guards though decent breakfast buffet for the price room was very plain just basic beds were comfortable but I probably won't visit here again needs to be updated

The staff was friendly, the bathroom in our room wasn't very clean, the hot tub was broken, the lazy river was a fun but the water was a bit cold and the air was cold so we didn't stay as long in the pool as usual because we got uncomfortably cold.

The property has a lot of potential, it has a great facility, though seems like lack of staff and maintenance. Front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable and speaking with 3 different people, we were getting different information each time. Room was not very clean-crumbs on the couch, dirty/sticky fridge, hair/stains/holes on towels, vents looked black. Pools were great but due to them being shortstaffed all pools couldn’t be used. Water in the pools had great temperature. Laser room was not working properly. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and really loved that there were no crowds anywhere. Would love to be back but hoping some cleaning issued could be resolved as well as better staffing next time.

Staff were very accommodating and polite. The weather was extremely cold, and the resort's heating systems were having trouble keeping up with the low temperatures, but the staff did their best to find ways to make the experience enjoyable for all guests.

Staff were nice, early check in. Only thing it was super cold inside the water park. My family and I were going down the elevator when a lady stopped us and asked if we were going to the water park, and said it is super cold that they had to go upstairs their room. We still went down and in fact it was super cold. But other than that we will come back in the summer time!

Great waterpark, something for everyone. Love the lazy river and wave pool. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would bring your own towels because they were out one day. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The waterpark was perfect for my young kids! Our only complaint was the waterpark was very very cold. We froze!! The water was warm but the air temp was the same as the rest of the hotel making it unbearably cold getting out of the water. They had all the big water slides closed because they exit and renter the building. This is understandable however, they only put flaps in front of two of the 4 slides. The 2 that did not have the flaps, you could see and feel the bitter cold air just pouring into the park. We asked staff to close them off and then they only closed one of them. I feel like the heaters could not keep up with a direct portal to the outdoors. We still enjoyed the waterpark but this put a major damper on it.

Water Park was great because it wasn't crowded and was pretty big for the size of the hotel. Everything was clean and all the employees I met were very helpful and friendly, definitely saw and heard about being understaffed and covering too much.
