Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! "This was a Gem! We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was So cozy and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated.
