Brief stay in Pau

Overall, a pleasant stay, just a shame the bar/restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. Room was small, but well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good

The hotel was too isolated with very limited access to public transport or taxis (e.g. to restaurants or the airport). I arrived relatively late (10.30 pm) and my room key was available - but at a neighbouring hotel. In my two nights stay, i failed to understand where check-in or check-out actually was for the Campanile! Breakfast was fine, though. The room was clean and adequate for my needs.

trÚs difficile de trouvers des hÎtels à l'improviste dans la région. parking tranquille, quartier tranquille. restauration à 5mn. petit déjeuner : RAS. j'ai le principal : un bon lit, un bon bureau au calme pour travailler, et un bon petit dej.

J'ai sĂ©journĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel rĂ©cemment et je dois dire que les installations Ă©taient excellentes. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Cependant, l'expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© quelque peu ternie par le comportement du personnel. Malheureusement, je les ai trouvĂ©s peu accueillants et pas du tout arrangeants. À chaque demande, mĂȘme les plus simples. Venant dans le cadre d'une compĂ©tition sportive, notre demande Ă©tait seulement de pouvoir prendre de quoi dĂ©jeuner sans s’installer 30' avant l'ouverture complĂšte du restaurant. Un geste de leur part alors que nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre supplĂ©mentaire non remboursable aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©. C'est dommage car l'hĂŽtel lui-mĂȘme a beaucoup de potentiel. Un meilleur accueil et une attitude plus serviable du personnel auraient transformĂ© mon sĂ©jour en une expĂ©rience parfaite. J'espĂšre que la direction prendra en compte ces remarques pour amĂ©liorer l'expĂ©rience client Ă  l'avenir.

Tres froid

J'ai eu tres froid. L'air passe en-dessous de la porte. Le chauffage est diminué voir arreté dans la journee ce qui fait que lorsqu'on rentte le soir, il fait tres froid. Le chauffage est tres bruyant donc il faut le lettre au mini pour reduire le bruit mais ca ne chauffe pas.

J'ai Ă©tĂ© déçu car la rĂ©ception Ă©tait censĂ©e fermer Ă  22h00. je me suis prĂ©sentĂ© Ă  21 45.,il n'y avait dĂ©jĂ  personne. je trouve que cela est un manque de professionnalisme ( et de politesse ) par rapport Ă  environ 90€ que m'a coĂ»tĂ© la Chambre louĂ©e avec PDJ .Par ailleurs, le petit-dĂ©jeuner s'est dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ© par rapport au prix demandĂ© de 11€ environ ..Le cafĂ© n ' est plus servis qu'en machine alors qu'il Ă©tait servi dans des carafes prĂ©cĂ©demment ..Le petit dĂ©jeuner est beaucoup moins complet qu'auparavant alors que le prix est maintenant plus Ă©levĂ©, .Il me semble y avoir une mauvaise Ă©volution. Malheureusement dans l'air du temp du profit maximum et des investissements minimums.NĂ©anmoins ,pour dĂ©panner une nuit, cela convient.Mais je ne recommanderai plus cet hĂŽtel comme j'ai pu le faire prĂ©cĂ©demment.
