"This room was nasty. One queen bed had no frame and was sitting in the floor. The carpets were sticky and fraying. No toilet seat lid. The beds were hard. I used to love Microtel, but this will be my last stay with this hotel chain."

"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either."
