"I love family owned restaurants and hotels as they carry a legacy and this place just ticked all the boxes. Recently renovated with an amazing bathroom, great amenities and clean space to live. Bed was super comfortable. So accessible to the public transport, with options to park if needed. The entire staff was so helpful, always there to guide us. The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). "Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Our room had an excellent balcony. The view is quite amazing. Ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Very pleasant staff and good food. The only reason I knocked the surrounding area was because they are working on a new gondola next door and it was a bit messy. Not the hotels fault. We were able to have them hold our bags so we could explore the area and come back later and check in. Front desk clerk Andi was a hoot and a good idea person for hikes. Just don’t believe him when he says it’s a little uphill because he must be part Billy goat. It was a lot uphill but very worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. "
