"The staff service was excellent, offering guides of the local area. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast provided lots of healthy options. The view was obscured by nearby buildings for photo opportunities, but still you could see the majority. "

"The views from the room were absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the spa areas were phenomenal. The sauna, steam room, and pool were amazing after hiking all day. The whole building feels very aesthetic to the surrounding mountain areas, while still being luxurious. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, and right on a central road. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Jungfrau region."

"The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again."
