For the price paid - everything was adequate. The pool wasn't functioning, though I think it is suitable enough, weather-wise to justify its opening. The room was better than the internet-pictures suggest. The shower was big and there was a fridge, TV, and kettle, along with tea. The single bed was wider than most singles which is a plus, and the window view was better than most. The place seemed in need of some maintenance which is no-doubt in similitude to other hotels given the last two years. The hairdryer was literally falling to pieces, and there was a large stain on one towel. The lock to the room door was also very shaky and the bathroom mirror is detaching from the wall. Everything was generally fine except the staff (night and day) who all looked depressed and none of whom smiled even once. The breakfast was slightly below average for the largeness of the hotel too. For the price I paid - the all-round experience was fair.

Great place, very good localization - 15 minutes walk to all city attractions. Well-equipped gym for those who like to spend holidays actively. I booked and paid via hotels.com in advance and there was no problem. Beds are very comfortable - never had a better bad in a hotel room (the mattress is quite hard, but good for the spine). Urmat is a great manager with good English skills. Breakfast simple but tasty.

The minimarket within the premises is truly helpful. The outdoors swimming pool should be cleaned more often because of the insects floating on the surface.

Good value with friendly staff
The Rich is excellent value with good friendly service. They provide airport transfer for less than a taxi, including a meet and greet service, and nearly all the staff speak English. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre but the hotel can arrange taxis, which are typically less than $2 per journey.

Nice hotel about 15 minute walk from city centre.
We had an excellent experience at the Rich Hotel.Good location about 15 minute walk from city centre. All staff were friendly, helpful ,professional and the hotel has multilingual receptionists.Made great recommendations on places to visit and good restaurants in Bishkek.Taxi service always available in the hotel.Also the mashrutka and trolleybus stops not far from hotel. There is a supermarket on site opened daily till 11pm which sells a good variety of goods.Nice small swimming pool in the hotel, gym and terrace.Very good quality and reasonably priced hotel. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

L'hotel est confortable, la déco un peu clinquante, la situation assez pratique (proche gare, sur route aéroprt, marché d'Osh) bien que l'hoetl soit très difficile à trouver car non situé directement dans la rue de l'adresse indiquée; Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié. Les fournitures de la chambre ne sont pas renouvelées. Par contre mauvais point pour l'accueil par le personnel peu serviable, peu attentionné pas très agréable.

スタッフはいいのに安っぽくて残念。
スタッフがいい。 それだけに、ホテルの建築が雑で、ダイニングも部屋も家具調度が安っぽく、本当に残念。 ちゃんとしたものを作れる人材が、キルギスにはまだ少ないのかも知れない。 下にコンビニのようなお店があるが、周りにはレストランや交通機関があまりなく不便。 これでこの価格は、ちょっと損した気分かも。
