Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

My stay was fine. The route to the walkway connecting this hotel to T4 was a bit confusing, but that was due to signage inside Heathrow. One sign on a pedestal was turned round.
