Nous sommes partis une semaine en couple avec notre chien pour profiter de Biscarrosse et nous n’avons pas été déçus. La cabane type « tipi » est très accueillante, grande, propre et bien aménagée. Placée sous les pins, l’ombre fait du bien quand le soleil tape fort. Le personnel a été fantastique, compréhensif et à notre écoute. Une mention spéciale à Chloé qui a fait notre accueil. Une petite cuisine commune et un frigo à code, super ! On peut également demandé un balai à la réception car on ramène beaucoup de sable dans la cabane. De plus ils proposent des cours et locations de surf et paddle a un tarif très abordable. Nous en avons bien profité. Les draps ne sont pas fournis mais nous avons été prévenus à l’avance, les cabanes sont très proches des sanitaires, qui sont assez propres (tout dépends de l’heure à laquelle on y va). Seul bémol de notre séjour : les portails d’entrée et de sortie étant fermés de 22h à 8h, il faut passer par l’accueil principal, où nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes avec le vigile ! D’abord sans bracelets (nous n’étions pas au courant qu’il en fallait et on ne nous les avaient pas fournis), nous avons dû appeler le responsable pour qu’il nous laisse entrer. Puis une fois des bracelets « 2020 » récupérés, le vigile nous laisse passer sans rien dire, pour nous re bloquer le lendemain soir !! Obligé de couper les bracelets et mettre des « 2021 ». On a l’impression que la partie « Hoya Surf Camp » est totalement ignoré à l’accueil principal.

Super expérience
Super expérience dans une petite cabane, le confort étais agréable et l'accueil très sympathique. J'ai adorée l'ambiance des cabanes c'est ce qui m'a fais opté pour cet hébergement. Par malchance nous avons eu la pluie toute la soirée et la nuit mais la cabane a un toit bien étanche qui nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit malgré la pluie. Seul bémol pour nous le parking pour camping car ou fourgons qui qui étais payant non loin de l'hébergement et dont la machine pour payer ne fonctionnais pas. Nous avons donc eu la visite des gendarmes au petit matin, mais aucun liens avec l'hébergement qui étais super
