"Our stay only spoiled by our dinner on the final night. While our chips were lovely and hot, the pie was stone cold. And the 250 ml glass of wine came as a 175 ml glass. Only little things but enough to take the shine off our stayh"

"Pros: Friendly staff. Fantastic English breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the ferry terminal and all stores near the Stronmess waterfront. "This was a pleasant cottage with parking in front. It was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable.It was five minutes from a co-op food shop which opens seven days a week 7 am to 10 pm. Almost opposite the bus station and a two minute walk to the ferry. Bike hire is available in Stromness. ..."
