Good property that is staffed. Free parking after 5 around the location or use the parking garage behind the property across from Wells Fargo. Tesla’s available to rent thru Envoy app. Above standard extended stay property that life goes on around you.

The setup was really nice. Included appliances such as a full size refrigerator, stove and a dishwasher. The safety to get in the room was also a plus. There was fun activities to do in the lounge area. Nice all around atmosphere. Thanks Mint, will use again in future.

This property was amazing! In the heart of DT and very walkable for a new visitor. It was also a plus that parking was free on the side street. The studio was very well decorated, and I loved every inch within the square foot. Simply amazing!
