The only negatives were the cleanliness of the room and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The room needed to be thoroughly wiped down. It was very dusty. The bathroom had hair on the shower and what looked like white powder on the bathroom door. The carpet had stains in the room. The location was good and staff were friendly. However, we would not stay here again.
Really loved the comfortable bed and great tv. Room was spacious and chairs comfortable too. The carpet could have used some spot cleaning. We had some trouble figuring out the ac which was actually controlled by a thermostat and a lovely, pleasant young woman came and demonstrated how easy it actually was. Plan to stay at this Hilton again.
Great customer service, clean rooms.
Mattress not very comfortable.
Bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel lately.
Breakfast was not included and is $14 per person.

The staff was friendly. There was no hot water in our room.
The property decor was well done, the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, it smelled amazing, love the design of the lobby, and it was very accessible to our various destinations. The only thing was that our room was not cleaned the next day- we did not receive housekeeping services.
The front desk clerk was rude at check in. There was no coffee made at check in. When I came back down an hour later coffee was still not ready.
The coffee creamer was empty in the lobby. There were flies everywhere at the coffee station.
The room was clean enough.
I would pick a different hotel if I were to go back to this area.
Wonderful staff!! The bartender was amazing and needs a raise. I was going to come back in may but the bartender pit her notice in and wony be there. But over all ot was an awesome experience!! The bed could use an upgrade but thats the only
issue i had but the good outweighed the
bad.

Not terrible, not great. Meh.
Nothing terrible about the hotel, just for the similar price at other Birmingham hotels, it was a let down. While fairly clean, there was just a lot more wear and tear than I was expecting.
Minor, but both mornings when I came down for coffee, it was cold and gross both days.
Hilton Garden Inn is beautiful! The service has been impeccable, and the room is very nice and roomy, not to mention comfortable! We love the Hilton Garden Inn!
