As always was a great stay and will be back. Only negatives were little warm in common areas for me and the amount of kids playing tag in hallway hollering.
Check in was fine, the kick back was nice. We were shorted a kick back ticket for our rooom. My room also had no air conditioning. We got in the room and put the kids to bed and by the time they fell asleep we realized the room wasn’t cooling down. Lavonda at the front desk was nice in switching rooms however it was unfortunate as our stuff was unpacked and the kids were asleep. Tranferring all of our stuff and sleeping kids down the hall to a different type of room was a hassle and the kids woke up. I feel like the A/C should be on a check list to make sure it’s in working order before they provide that room?

We always love staying at the Drury Inn hotels. The kickback hour is a great addition to the hotels clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.
Construction, dirt, and the smell and we were not informed prior to arrival. Upon arrival the check in clerk was rude and had such a disregard. At check out the same the assistant manager had such a disregard. Go to a surrounding hotel.

Everything was great other than the hotel being under construction, if I had know this prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else
We originally had reservations at the other Drury but it was under construction. I thought it would be ok in the room, but it was still way too loud for my husband with PTSD. They called the other hotel (this Drury) to check availability. Both hotels were extremely accommodating.
Expedia should have mentioned property is under renovation. Bottom floors and elevators closed from 8-6 daily. LOUD!!!!!! Had ear plugs on bed when we entered room.
We did not know about the "noise" until we walked in the hotel around midnight to check-in. We should have been informed about this prior to securing the reservation. We were awaken 2.5 hours early than intended due to the renovation noise. We would like some credit applied to this trip or a future stay another Drury location. Thank you.
