Pullman Cologne
Checked in the first night and room given was not cleaned. Was left dirty from previous resident. Was offered a minor upgrade though

Novotel Köln City
Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception.

I felt bad to stay there , because since we were there they don’t prepare any towels and i send them actually a message that i need a towel but since they just said that they don’t have any personal at Hotel, and for the towels i can take first in the next day at 11:00 am- 15:00 ...
