Smoke smell
Got strong smoke smell in the room even though is it a non smoking hotel . Management couldn’t solve this problem as many people still smoking in the room.

More should be done on the house keeping especially in the cupboards. Mine had discarded underwear box and a plastic bag from the departmental store where it was bought Sheets and towels were a bit stained. Other than that the hotel was fine.

The floor mat in the toilet was obviously not changed, with black footprints and dirt all over, making me wonder if the sheets and towels were changed. Shower head was clogged up with scale and mold. Breakfast was cold, despite supposedly being on a warmer, and also spotted lizard “waste” on one of the sofas near the entrance. It’s a pity that this place being in a convenient location is not properly maintained and to top it off, counter staff in the morning was rather impolite. Only consolation was the check in staff at night, who was pleasant, else I would have rated this place as “Terrible”

Hotel smells bad, rats fighting on the roof throughout the night, dirty stains everywhere in the bathroom, yellowish pillow cases, lousy breakfast, I definitely won’t go for the 2nd! Very bad experience!

Staff service need to be improved
bad check in experience.paid in hotels.com and yet the staff claimed that they never received any payments and wanted to ask me to pay twice. i insisted and even forwarded them the email showing that I have paid. very bad service as i had to call twice to the front desk to get a hair dryer.

A failed attempt at being a fancy budget boutique
The hotel actually has good potential but unfortunately due to poor enforcement or being a budget hotel the guests abuse its facilities. For eg the moment we got into our rooms a few of them had a smoke stench which was further evidenced by cigarette ashes now firmly settled and has become part of the carpet floor in our deluxe 3 bed room on the first floor. Next was the warm/hot shower which did not function in some of the rooms, no clear answer from them whether or not it could be rectified so in the end had to go to someone else's room to have a hot water bath. Breakfast was not at all adequate but that being said it was just ok. The only good thing was the bar which served fresh beer on the tap. No food options for lunch and dinner but surrounding shops had many options (hawker/fast food/local food). Basically a place just to lay down at night and go about your activities in the day or evenings.

Reasonable priced hotel
Good location near bus station and many food options. Nice lobby and comfortable rooms. Has a restaurant and bar which is convenient. Free breakfast options.

Poor Managamenet
We arrived to the hotel at 3pm which our room should be ready for check in. However, they told us our room still not yet clean?!. The reception searched another room for us yet still need to wait another 15 minutes for them to clean it up for us. Once entered the room, the table was not wipe probably. Coffee stain still on the table. I need to wipe it myself so that I can put my things on it. The window lock was broken (we stay only at 1st floor), imagine anyone can climb into our room! We called the reception on this matter and ask them to come have a look on the window lock to see anything can be done. As we expected, they never came.... Water leaking out from the shower area and in the bathroom... once we have a shower.. the whole bathroom floor was wet... Our room was right next to the food count... so you can imagine how noisy in the early morning of them cooking downstairs..
