"The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough.
The luggage storage was helpful.
The fire escape...
"Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially for a relaxing beach holiday.
The location has both pros and cons. It’s only a short walk from the beach (which is fantastic!) but the area is very touristy and can get quite crowded. Please note it’s a bit far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get there.
The hotel was very clean throughout my stay and my room has been cleaned everyday. The only small issue was that the balcony wasn’t...
"Lovely grounds, very friendly staff. Overpriced food and drinks. A nice place but not quite 5 star IMO and based on other 5 star experiences. More like 4 star or 4.5 max. Some kid friendly options but overall not the most kid friendly place"
"All the facilities in this property are really well kept. Rooms are big and really nice. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The spa, swimming pools, and the gym are really well kept. Even with new machines at the gym, I really enjoy staying there. Also, the vibe is more adults versus kids. I will for sure comeback"
"Our stay at tent arenal was great,Room very clean, cool and cozy.An excellent brunch + not to far from the beach as well. Would definitely recommend to come here!"
"Rude staff, they had no idea about anything and were not welcoming. Room was Sandy after “cleaning”. Someone entered our room between 7-8 pm (left the door open)"
