"There was damage to the space due to the weather but we were not notified until we arrived. We did not have enough beds for everyone in the party and had to sleep on a rollaway bed with no sheets. Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. "So many activities for the family. This place is huge. We were offered an upgrade to a villa just before arriving. They told me it had a private pool.... I was SOLD! If you like sweets, they have a chocolate tasting complete with a fountain of CHOCOLATE every day for an hour. FREE! This is the place to stay when you are in Nha Trang!"

"This property is very beautiful! I enjoyed waking up early to catch the sunrise in our ocean view room. The room is very spacious and clean! The property had multiple restaurants with great food, a karaoke bar with live entertainment (which we loved), and so many pools! The staff was pleasant and checked on us daily! Mi, one of the managers was amazing! She helped with booking our dinner and amenity reservations daily! Thank you Mi! My boyfriend has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and the hotel ensured that all the staff knew! Every restaurant we went to, the staff was already aware which made him feel at ease. During the middle of our stay, we decided to book another stay at this property to bring our family! We truly loved this place! We rate this property 10/10! "

Awful service and terrible accomodation

"It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi driver scammed us. The handle and lock on our toilet door was broken so we couldn't even close the toilet door when we were using it. The entrance to our building was held shut with a rubber rope, so we had to go around and use the back entrance. It was a total nightmare of a place and I would not recommend it at all. "
