"The receptionist of the Homestay was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and had complementary beverages and snacks. Breakfast was included, which was fresh made and delicious. After our visit, we even received some more snacks for our trip back to Hanoi. I can definitely recommend it. "

"Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. "This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

"BEAUTIFUL Hotel. Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to check in at 10am after our overnight train rider. Room was stunning and the corner suite of the Hotel. Great pool and dinner was fantastic and Breakfast was even better :D"

"My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"

"This may be one of our favorite properties in our honeymoon. It is newer so the gym was not yet ready but that was okay. The pool was so relaxing! They have dining on the property but since it was slow season it wasn’t a buffet breakfast like advertise, again not that big of deal. Highly recommend renting bikes for free from them and just heading into the city to eat! Also they do take you on golf carts to the city for free also! Very very nice resort "

"A lovely hotel only 300m from the main street of the villageTam Coc, but at the middle of a rice plantation. Be sure to get a room with views! Very good breakfast and refreshing beatiful covered pool. A great base to visit this special area: walking distance from Tam Coc boats and a few minutes by taxi or bike to the other attractions. Great service. Thank you!"
