Great new hotel
Excellent room, very modern, clean and comfortable. Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Quirky shower room with an in built curtain blind as there was a window in to the room! Reception were very friendly helping to guide me to the car park round the back of the hotel although parking on the street in front is cheaper if you arrive late and leave early. The Spar next door is handy for picking up some bits if you’re staying long. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Basically good, but lack of hot water supply
I stayed with my family. And we faced with lack of hot water in shower/bath. Others were ok. Staffs were kind. The room we stayed was clean.

Best hotel ever!!!
The hotel was amazing! Great design, great service, delicious food, awesome gym. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the spa treatments but we would love to come back!

Lovely modern hotel but no English speaking staff
It was a lovely hotel very new, spacious and clean however none of the staff understood or spoke English and my husband who is Spanish had to constantly translate which was very frustrating. We were a large group and checked in separately my mum was told that the spa was free and open until 9pm we were told there was a charge and it closed at 7! When we looked at the spa people were still there and was very much open. We only booked this hotel for the spa! The hotel was in the middle of a residential area there was nothing in terms of restaurants or cafes or shops in the immediate vicinity. We had no choice but to eat at hotel restaurant which was actually lovely as food was great and waiter was lovely (but spoke no English)

Good option for small town!
This is a great option in the small rural town of Ciudad de Binefar. We got two meals included in our stay, which was great. And the room had a spa Jacuzzi, which was fun. The hotel gym was small and mighty, although the spa and pool were under construction. A great place for one night on the road.

Hôtel moderne, récent, calme et confortable
Séjour d'une nuit sur la route vers Salou. Hôtel moderne, récent et confortable digne d'un 4 étoiles. Parking souterrain sur place appréciable mais en supplément (+10€/nuit). Petit déjeuner correcte mais sans plus. En revanche, étant arrivé tard nous n'avons pas profiter de l'espace aquatique qui était fermé mais qui n'est pas donné (supplément de 18€/personne même si vous souhaitez simplement vous rafraîchir dans la piscine) !!!

Perfect
During our stay in here, I stayed at this wonderful hotel in December near the central city. The service and our room were both exquisite, the decoration overall is superb. The team was welcoming and helpful when needed, they assisted us perfectly.

Tienen un problema de organizacion en los desayunos, insuficiente personal falta de espacio ademas de vajilla y utensilios siendo muy malo el cafe. Da igual que te empeñes siempre espereas para que te den mesa.
