"Absolutely 10/10 highly recommend this place, there is not even one single thing to fault. Incredible room, with tech savvy switches (like closing/opening the curtains while sitting in bed to do not disturb on/off buttons). Spotlessly clean & comfortable bed & couches ! Great shower pressure! Beautiful views ! Large TV & brilliant wifi! Their incentive for exchanging a days housekeeping for a $10 voucher in exchange for any food/beverage you get from the minibar or restaurant is a wonderful idea ! I used it and had no issues in claiming it. Last but not least, staff are super friendly, willing and helpful. They make you feel very welcome and go above and beyond ! Loved it so much; already booked in another night here :)"
"We stayed one night with breakfast the room was great ,clean and neat , we had dinner at the restaurant on the night and it was terrible we both had scotch fillet with muchroom sauce and neither of us could eat the meat and we told the wait staff to get a humph and he walked away not to be looked at again ,the meat was not scotch fillet it was way to grissly and was bearly cutable . Breakfast was another thing where the eggs were cold along with the bacon hash browns were dry and uneatable the good part was the fruit . we wont stay there again."
"Centrally located in Tuggeranong close to food outlets, shopping and clubs. Plenty of parking and the staff are professional and friendly. The room was very clean and large. Only downside was the elevator noise."
"This hotel has been our go to in Canberra for years because they have an indoor pool that the kids love. However recently they seem to be neglecting their facilities. They have closed the sauna for "safety" reasons. Which is highly disappointing given that a sauna is big draw car for a Canberra hotel, especially in the winter months as a stopover on the way to the snow.
The pool was not well heated. The hot tub was not hot enough and was not even full - it was about half full.
The kitchen staff are surprisingly unknowledgeable about their own products. A family member has a peanut allergy and one of the kitchen staff claimed that they did in fact use peanuts, including to sprinkle them over the pasties of a morning. Upon further interrogation at breakfast the next morning, we discovered this was actually not accurate and the kitchen did not use peanuts. The food is very good.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the rest of experience is currently on the decline. They could use some additional investment in their facilities."
