Between guided tours of the magnificent Alden Biesen Castle and leisurely walks through its manicured gardens, visitors discover Bilzen's medieval charm. History buffs can explore nearby Fort Eben-Emael while bargain hunters should time their visit to coincide with the famous Tongeren Flea Market just a short drive away.
We only stayed one night in this very modern and comfortable place. It is well equipped and spacious. Lighting is adjusted by a screen and the shower works with a push button.
Breakfast was varied and with fresh ingredients.

The facilities are beyond expectations, the staff were amazing, if you are visiting Maastricht this is the place to stay, it’s a family affair, from the owner to his brothers, his mum, his dad and other family members, they could not be more accommodating.

Great stay - location fantastic, staff ever so friendly, apartment beautifuly furnished and toasting in the cold weather. The apartment overlooks the main square and the evenings are rung in with the gentle bells from the churches. What more could you ask for?

Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel i upgraded to comfort room fridge and kettle. Room was on the front very littke noise and the bed was soooo comfy. My only little moan was the kettle was a modern water boiler and we didn't seem to manage to get a hot drink. Would definately stay again right near railway station

Customer service and food at dinner and breakfast were excellent. Bubbles on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this fabulous conversion of a historic church.

Very well organised, exceptionally clean, good food, very comfortable bed, room facilities excellent.
What else can I say.
I would stay there again.
Hotel owners were very helpful and friendly.
As short walk out into the village and then further across the bridge offers an excellent restaurant if you feel the need to get out.

The hotel is ideally located for access to the centre of Maastricht with plenty of dining options nearby in Markt, or a little further away, Vrijthof Square.
Maastricht itself made a good base for exploring that part of the Netherlands and for visiting nearby Belgium and Germany.

Our stay was amazing. Good breakfast but could get a bit busy the later you go. All staff were amazing. Polite and very helpful. To name but one Carolina who went the extra mile with request. Without a doubt management material. Definitely recommend

The property is in an ideal location, really close to the main bridge and town but in a quiet area. Staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are a good size with a nice clean comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend
