The property is in a very convenient location. I’m sorry I have to give a lesser than excellent review but I was surprised that this property carry the Marriott name. When I entered the hotel, I was very surprised of how the lobby looked like as I have gone to other Marriott hotels; the hotel guest services counter was small and a little dingy to represent a Marriott hotel name; then there was no personnel in the lobby at all when I arrived. I waited a while then here appeared a young lady apologetic and also had problems that the key machine was not working. She tried to troubleshoot it but didn’t get it fixed so she actually gave me the Suite upgrade to make up for the inconvenience. After sometime of trying she got door keys made from another machine she had all along apparently. I appreciated that she had a very good attitude. Then another issue I noticed, the elevator has a hole on the area by the wall on the bottom of the floor numbers which is just very unlike a Marriott hotel that I know. The room was ok but the corners of the carpet by the door were dirty with visible grime including a small bunched hairball. The bathroom had only one roll of already used up toilet paper roll, I had to get another in the morning. When you turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan turns on automatically and it is deafening loud! The breakfast was ok. Overall, my stay was only 1 night and I would rate it as ok except for I was just a little shocked that this is a “Marriott.”

My daughters and I stayed here for 1 night on Saturday, May 23rd. The room was clean, and I don’t have any complaints. The hotel staff were very welcoming. There were 2 guys that were extremely helpful…. I assume one was a maintenance guy & the other seemed to likely have a manager role. They were very kind and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The front desk clerk at check-in was also very nice. I truly appreciated the simple acts of kindness. I am in Gulfport of teen, and I will book here again.

We enjoyed our stay ! The staff was amazing !! The pool heater was out but the pool felt so refreshing and the staff let me know they were working on getting it fixed it felt so nice though I love ice cold water ! The staff was the best !!! Breakfast was so yummy ! The room was ice cold and we loved it and the beds were super soft !! The location was by IHOP and arbys I love love Arby's my favorite!!! Walmart is walking distance also and much more ! We enjoyed our stay !!!!

Amazing stay, amazing hotel, very clean, beds very comfy, kids loved the indoor pool very clean, we noticed the outside grills and seating area outside the pool room which we will deff use next time to grill some steaks! The breakfast was very good and well stocked, the eggs could be a little less watered down but overall everything was amazing.
