Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC

The Artist Grand Hotel of Art
Awesome breakfast and a great location. We had an interior room - which was set up nicely. The exterior rooms had amazing views of the Guggenheim. Bilbao is pretty walkable. We could get to main shopping street in 10 mins an to old town in 20.

This hotel is extremely stylish - lovely design of the rooms and shared areas. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central, close to the main shopping areas and restaurant. But it’s perhaps a little noisy and lively at night time for us. A couple of things let it down. ...

voco Bilbao City by IHG
Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is the location — the surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around at night, so we relied on taxis in the evenings. Overall, a good stay if you plan your transportation ahead.
